Such sad, sad news. May Janice rest in peace.
With time I am sure that those now-painful memories of the two of you in PP will become those that you treasure with huge fondness, laughter and love.
I hope that you are able to return. I'm sure that a little part of our soul is always left where we are happiest.

I am so sorry Pollensafan.
My Mum passed away very suddenly in PP while we were visiting a couple of years ago. We had all been visiting regularly for nearly 40 years, buying an apartment a few years back. It was shocking and devastating but we still visit - my Father comes on his own and gets such a welcome from local bar and restaurant owners and we also all come together to where Mum was at her happiest.
There will always be a little hole in your heart where Janice will be but things will get easier as time passes.

Terry's (pollencafan ) Beloved Wife Janice's Funeral will be held in the UK on Monday 25th April at 11.40am Mallorca time.
Myra & Roy will be in The Sol Y Mar To Raise a Glass to Her From 11.30am and remember all the Happy Memories we all had Together .

Speaking as one who has experienced such sorrow in the not too distant past, and with the memory of many happy visits to PP, I too felt that my visits were consigned to memory. All I can say, and I know it will be very hard to understand just now, is “never say never again”. I didn’t. As far as I know we never met, my forum friend, my thoughts are with you nevertheless.
