Hi all again
If when I find the property of my dreams
What about a good English speaking solicitor?
Please give your recommendations
It's so much easier to hear from you guys than trolling through websites and stuff
After all it's better from the horses mouth as they say

I would not go locally. There are too many tie-ups with people earning commissions etc. Go to Palma for a really good professional and often cheaper service.

Google or pm for his contact details as he doesn't advertise on this site. Property legal expert. Not a Jack of all trades type of solicitor as many are.

Spanish but educated and qualified UK and Spain. Excellent English with no Spanish accent.

I've used him for years and can highly recommend. No I do not earn a commission!!

Now I have sold my apartment, well I hope I have!

I phoned Will Besga the solicitor in Palma and told him I had recommended him on this site.

He would be pleased to hear from anyone from Pollensa buying or selling property.
He may be in Palma but knows Pollensa well.

My apartment has fallen through due to the community not allowing renting. Yes I know it is illegal for apartments but it happens!

I can't speak highly enough Will Besga has spent hours of his time. He is not charging me as he knows I will be back. Great bloke and knows his stuff!

If you prefer a local then the recommendation I have been given is Tirso Tarrago

speaks perfect English and has an office in Pollensa. google for contact details.

Kate Miller who I believe is a moderator on the face book group for Pollensa works there.

Tirso Tarrago does NOT have an office in Pollensa. He has one in Puerto Pollensa, one in Sa Pobla and one in Inca.
