St Malo Bistro Pollenca

Does anyone know what is happening at St Malo Bistro in Pollenca?

It always seems to be 'closed for the holidays'. All the chairs are stacked up inside and the outside sign has come down. Hope it's not closing down, as it did great food.

I'm afraid it has closed down We were really disappointed as well as the food there was great. Gustavo, one of the waiters who used to work there now works at the beach cafe at Formentor and he told us it's going to be a sports bar! I think it's downfall was probably it's position as it wasn't a restaurant you would readily stumble upon. Great shame

You could always try Cellar el Moli, Frank is the owner of that as well and maybe he will try to mix his menu's using some from the Bistro and the traditional mallorquin style of el Moli.

St Malo has reopened again as Bar Marine, looks actually the same from outside so it could be the usual close for a year and change the name!!
The flyer says, breakfasts, snack, crepes...Todos los partidos de futbol...looks like tapas, burgers etc, prices seem reasonable! Anyone tried it yet?

Haven't tried it but I believe it is being run by the daughter.
