Taxi for Boquer Valley and Busfare to Pollenca

My parents will be in PP in 3 weeks for a stay at the Daina. They no longer drive when there and they would like to use a taxi to take them to the Boquer Valley and leave them there for a couple of hours whilst they go off wandering, then the taxi returning to pick them up. I have reassured them that the hotel will be able to sort this for them, but just wondered if anyone can recommend a particular company or driver who speaks good English and won't leave them stranded? I think they would be happier if I have sorted it for them before they go.
Also they are intending to catch the bus into Pollenca on their first day there so can anyone tell me how much the return bus fare is please?
