Hello Everyone

I was browsing the list of restaurants on this website for some inspiration for booking lunch on Easter Sunday. I clicked on the advert for Tots and it took me straight to a link to 'Marina Bistro Cafe' and 'Casa Vila' - both of which look super. I can't see either of these places on the restaurant map. I am presuming that Marina is on the square but can anyone tell me where Casa Vila is please. I don't recognise any of the photos so I can't work out where it must be. I am rubbish with road names too but if someone could tell me some landmarks to find it then that would be very helpful. Also, does Tots still exist? I'm confused.

"Casa Vila" is the new Italian on the square on the corner opposite the old Bar Cultural place I believe.

"Marina Bistro Cafe" I've never heard of in that title but there is the "Marina Cafe" on the front neat El Casinet. Could be that???

Or I could be totally wrong on both counts !!!

P.S. - now I've looked at the link yes, I'm right. They are jointly owned by the same people, don't konw who but someone on here no doubt will.

& Marina Cafe is on the sea front between the roundabout and the Hotel Daina.

Wow thank you everyone - such quick replies. I know exactly where they are now.
I think I will be visiting both those places.

I wonder why they both appeared when I clicked on 'Tots'? I hope it will be open when I am out there in Easter!

Thank you Doogz - that worked. Some very helpful information there.

The wrong link from the actual advert has now stopped. Must have been a glitch. It definitely worked in my favour though because I rather fancy the two restaurants I was diverted to!

Hi all,

the original website link that Tots gave us for their website doesn't appear to work any more. As mentioned above it now goes to a website for Marina/Casa Vila & I'm afraid I have no idea why! I have emailed the owners of Tots to let them know & see if they have a new website. The location map in their advert is correct.

Although their advert says that they are open every day, I'm not sure if they're open at the moment.

Will let you know as soon as I hear.

Thank you Pollensa. I certainly hope they will be open! I like the idea of a buffet. A good option for the odd time when my two children are behaving like sulky teenagers and we just want to get something relatively quick but substantial to eat and then leave!

Hannah, the last i heard was that they had stopped doing the buffet and were doing more BBQ food but that might just have been in the winter months .

Tots Bar & restaurant

I think you are absolutly right Sparky. The owners of the Tots business apparently discovered that the buffet attracted lots of hungry customers for the buffet - but customers who never left

They have gone over to a menu now which is more grill orientated. There is also a fairly regular Thursday evening with bbq & live music. Last Autumn with was an absolute bargain at just 5 euros per person.

They were open last week (March 2013) but I never discovered an accurate idea of when they would be open.

OOh I love the idea of the BBQ and live music.
I'll definitely check Tots on my first day or so and see what their opening hours/plans are.

I can assure you that the food in the Marina Bistro is really very good, I have eaten there on several occasions, they also do a goodd cross selection of International cuisine including Thai food.
