Villa Mosson or Pedra Vista

Hi Guys,New to this forum but will use it frequently now as we intend to holiday in the area often in the future.In the process of booking a Villa for next September and like the look of Villa Mosson and Villa Pedra Vista.Anyone had experience of either of these?

we have stayed at villa mosson twice,the last time was last month.
it is a really nice villa,the gardens are huge and really well cared for by the owners who live locally,and the covered terrace is massive....nice secluded location but still walkable to the port.
pedra vista is on the same lane as mosson.looked nice from what we could see from the lane.
we have been using sealand for 7/8 years,and when a problem has occured(not often) they sort it out quickly and efficiently,we would recommend them.
