Water spout

Did anyone else see the water spout this morning? It last about half an hour and was quite strong.

It was quite a sight. It formed then dissipated and then reformed. If it had come onshore it would have created havoc

Oh sorry, you mean you want this info LOL!!!! :-

Tornadic waterspouts are tornadoes that form over water, or move from land to water. They have the same characteristics as a land tornado. They are associated with severe thunderstorms, and are often accompanied by high winds and seas, large hail, and frequent dangerous lightning.

I will see if I can get the video, a friend of mine was diving today and it happened fairly near his dive boat. Quite spectacular when I viewed it this evening.
Hope it's all back to normal from tomorrow.

Its amazing what the weather gods will do when they know I am on the verge of descending on PP with Mrs Pollensafan.. Sorry, but they will have to do better than that to stop me bringing her .
