terry`s car hire

Hi ,
Has anyone had a personal experience of booking with Terry`s car hire, as I checked their website and on our dates they were very reasonably priced.
We always use record or auriga crown or avis but more expensive on this occassion.
Also wondering if they give option of top up insurance for tyres etc and how much it was.
I do hope someone out there has used their service.
